Michelle specializes in Corrective Exercises and Fit Over 40 packages.

  Whether the focus is general athletic fitness, everyday agility, pain management 

or  specializations like Golf Fitness....

The body's Human Movement System is a miraculous wonder of 

nerves, muscle fibers and levers/bones

all working together to give us strength and

 agility for everyday actions and enjoyment of our activities and sports.

Whether it is catching ourselves when we fall or enhancing our golf game,  

playing on the floor with grandchildren, or running farther without pain, 

reclaiming our health and fitness or figuring out chronic pain.  

Personal Training is just that....personal.  

It is uniquely tailored to you and your body...

so you can get back to the classes, sports and activities that you love.


Michelle has more than 25 years in the bodywork field and loves to help you get relief, problem-solve, 

 gain strength and flexibility and understand your body more thoroughly. 

Michelle received her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.   She also has a Golf Fitness Specialization through NASM.



She has a saying regarding the Human Movement System: 

" Do you have SAASS? "

It is a recipe for muscular-skeletal health that she attempts to educate her clients about.

     S- Strength - both stabilizing strength and dynamic strength

     A- Aerobic Activity - it is recommended to get at least 2 hours and 30 minutes per week

     A- Alignment - oftentimes missing in group exercise and daily life - vital to avoid injury

     S- Stretch - the right length of muscle fibers to allow proper flexibility to joints

     S- Softening - Are you able to engage the parasympathetic nervous system as well as sympathetic?

Your Corrective or Enhancement Based Program will include some or all of the following:

Flexibility Training, Balance Training, Core Training, Resistance Training, 

Cardio Training, Sport Specific Training.

We utilize many different exercise tools and methods that you will be able to replicate at home.  

We use bodyweight, various kinds of bands, dumbells, stability enhancers, exercise balls, rollers, etc. 

1/2 and 1/2 Sessions

Some folks come in for 1/2 Therapeutic Massage and 1/2 Corrective Exercises.


$105 for 90 minute session split between Therapeutic Massage and corrective Exercises.


Fit Over 40 Package

Come in for a focused package and period of time. Corrective Exercises or Specific Sport Focus.  1, 2 or 3 month packages include full Functional Movement Assessment, Therapeutic Massage and 4 exercise sessions in the month.

Approx. price is $400 for first month- several factors which may influence cost. 

Small Group PT

3-5 friends or family members come in for a 1, 2 or 3 month package with slightly lower rates for the exercise classes.
