Michelle has more than 25 years in the bodywork field and loves to help you get relief, problem-solve,
gain strength and flexibility and understand your body more thoroughly.
Michelle received her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She also has a Golf Fitness Specialization through NASM.

It is a recipe for muscular-skeletal health that she attempts to educate her clients about.
S- Strength - both stabilizing strength and dynamic strength
A- Aerobic Activity - it is recommended to get at least 2 hours and 30 minutes per week
A- Alignment - oftentimes missing in group exercise and daily life - vital to avoid injury
S- Stretch - the right length of muscle fibers to allow proper flexibility to joints

Your Corrective or Enhancement Based Program will include some or all of the following:
Flexibility Training, Balance Training, Core Training, Resistance Training,
Cardio Training, Sport Specific Training.
We utilize many different exercise tools and methods that you will be able to replicate at home.
We use bodyweight, various kinds of bands, dumbells, stability enhancers, exercise balls, rollers, etc.
